HIHI’s Dr Tanya Mulcahy is amongst the female leaders featured in Silicon Republic’s “12 Women Making Waves in the Future Health Space”
Health Innovation Hub Ireland (HIHI) is delighted to see our Director, Dr Tanya Mulcahy, featured in an excellent article by Laura Varley for Silicon Republic, highlighting “12 women making waves in the future health space.”
The article recognises exceptional female leaders who are shaping the future of healthcare, medtech and digital health through innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship.
HIHI is especially proud to see so many innovators, founders and ecosystem partners connected to Health Innovation Hub Ireland and the HIHI FemTech Network featured among this outstanding group of women driving change across the sector.
Among those recognised are:
- Heidi Davis, CEO and co-founder of MyPeri, the Irish-made wearable perimenopausal health tracker. MyPeri is a HIHI supported company and member of the HIHI FemTech Network.
- Michelle Tierney, co-founder and CSO of SymPhysis Medical, which develops innovative treatments for cancer patients receiving palliative care. SymPhysis Medical is a HIHI supported company.
- Rosanne Longmore, CEO and co-founder of Coroflo, a member of the HIHI FemTech Network.
- Dr Sinéad Walsh of BioInnovate Ireland and the University of Galway, along with Susan Treacy, both valued members of the wider HIHI ecosystem.
The recognition of these leaders reflects the strength and collaboration within Ireland’s health innovation ecosystem and highlights the growing impact of women leading advancements in future health technologies and patient care.
