Mitchell has extensive experience as an innovative business leader across both fast-paced start-ups and large multinationals. Mitchell is the CEO and Co-Founder of xWave Technologies, which develops smart solutions to transform the radiology workflow. Prior to founding xWave, Mitchell was the Managing Director for Kantar Ireland, a global leader in research and data. Before that, Mitchell held senior leadership roles with Independent News and Media (INM) and Newmarket Consulting.
