HIHI has just completed a Clinical Evaluation study with the company. Advokit Health is an emerging digital health platform designed to empower patients with the tools and information they need to navigate their healthcare journey more effectively. Through HIHI’s structured evaluation process, Advokit Health engaged with clinicians across the rheumatology multidisciplinary team, gathering invaluable insights into the challenges caused by fragmented health records and the time clinicians spend tracking down critical information.
The feedback was clear: solutions like Advokit Health which centralise patient information, summarise key data, and support more efficient consultations, have the potential to be a “gamechanger” for both patients and healthcare providers.
