My OT & Me’s platform is a unique telehealth-based product providing online paediatric occupational therapy resources to support children and families who are in need of OT support. Children are provided with My OT & Me’s product, Octobox to support them with skill acquisition in a fun and interactive way. The My OT & Me programme also provides information through structured high quality educational videos for parents covering a range of OT topics.

Octobox provided many insights and has led to the development of a larger service, Gabadoo, which is making an impact in schools and homes both of which are being used across Ireland. My OT and Me's product is also being used in public education and their CPD platform is being used in public and private school settings throughout Ireland and the UK.
Key benefits:
  • after the 12 week programme, 50% of children did not need further OT support
  • children and their carers can do this OT intervention at home
