The I Know Me app allow patients with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) to easily track symptoms, medications and appointments. It produces reports to share health data more accurately in a medical appointment. The app has been design by patients with CF for patients with CF.

The I Know Me is free to download and use. It is mainly used in Ireland but also in other countries such as the UK, USA and Australia.
