Enoda
by Enoda Health
Enoda provides objective real-world mobility data using a single wearable sensor placed on the lower back to improve understanding how people with Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) move in everyday life. The platform, developed by this Irish health technology company, captures and analyses real-world patient mobility data to improve clinical trials and drug development for these conditions. The technology captures movement data, which is processed using algorithms developed through the Mobilise-D research programme.
Key benefits:
  • Provides Objective data – Provides accurate, measurable information about how a patient moves.
  • Real-world monitoring – Shows how patients move in everyday life, not just during a short clinic visit.
  • Better clinical decisions – Gives clinicians additional evidence to help monitor disease progression and treatment response.
  • Clinically validated – Based on research involving approximately 2,400 patients and 24 validated Digital Mobility Outcomes.
  • Useful across conditions – Has potential applications beyond Parkinson’s disease, including Multiple Sclerosis and Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus.
