Applications to HIHI Spark Ignite 2020 have now closed. We are currently reviewing all applications and will contact you by email with an outcome. All other Spark Ignite plans have been postponed until further notice.
This decision was made to accommodate those who may still want to submit, however with this unforeseen series of events, may not be in the position to do so.
If you are struggling to upload your Spark Ignite application through our online portal, then please email us at email@example.com with the following headings filled in:
- The completed application document
- Your full name
- Which HIHI office is closest to you
- Contact email address
- Your job title
- Your organisation
- Your role
- Your clinical location
- Project title
- How you heard about the competition
- Consent to GDPR requirement to allow us to review your application (Yes or No)
Applications are simple and straight forward submitted via an online portal to HIHI.
All applications are to be submitted by completing the above application form and submitting it via this link.
Closing date is 5pm on Wed 18 March, 2020
Applications will be assessed on the following four areas:
- What is the problem you wish to address?
- What are the current solutions?
- Who does the problem affect – patients, carers, clinical teams, administration, managers, etc.?
- What is your solution?
